At Business Promotion, we pride ourselves on being responsive to our customers’ needs and wants, as well as having a competent, energetic team. We have built up a substantial base of satisfied clients we are proud to work with. We remember enjoying working with this particular client, and regret that the relationship evidently changed for them. We hired Business Promotion to develop our new web site. Initially everything was going great and they were super responsive.

They built us a site and immediately after viewing the final mockup we notified them that this was not what we requested and could they please make a few changes. This was the last we heard from them. I have sent them countless e-mails with no response and made numerous phone calls. It seems like they have high school kids answering the phones who just take messages.

We paid several thousands of dollars to be treated like this???

VERY VERY UPSETTING! I am considering filing a lawsuit against the company.

As seasoned marketers, everything we do is for the benefit of the practices we promote. Otherwise, there is no way we could have remained in business and maintained so many satisfied clients for so long. This of course includes our handling of existing domains, which follows accepted industry protocol. Although the process can sometimes take longer than a client would prefer, we always return ownership of domains in the event of a cancellation of services. We are always working to improve our service, and welcome any feedback to that end.

This company is a complete scam. Don’t trust your website with them at ALL!! I signed up, and they actually transferred my domain into their own name. Now they won’t give me back my 4 domains at all! I can’t believe that business promotion would hold my property hostage because I cancelled their poor service. They promised that they would create backlinks for my website, and there has not even been ONE backlink. I call and cancel and they won’t give me my website or domains back?? What kind of business does this? This is past the point of bad business, this is straight up theft!!

If you are looking for a web design company or need help with ranking that website, whatever you do DON’T TRUST BUSINESS PROMOTION.

Want to hear the kicker? I didn’t even sign there contract, the sales rep that sold me at Business Promotion actually signed it! That’s how you know this company doesn’t care about honesty.

I tried to be reasonable with this company, and even offered $2000 dollars to get my domains back. What did I get in return? Not a *** thing! STAY AWAY FROM BUSINESS PROMOTION!
