What a refreshing experience

Just started with this company and so far they have delivered on every statement. We had a horrid experience with a hosting company prior to this that just took our money and provided nothing. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Tanner in tech support solved an issue we had with multiple google listings and questions about where are reviews were going. He fixed the issue in a very timely manner and was very friendly and informative! Thanks! We have been using BP for two years now and have been very pleased with their customer service and our website! We receive monthly updates on website traffic and SEO developments as well as monthly call meetings to go over any questions, concerns or suggestions to bring more traffic to our site and more new patients to our practice. We recommend them to any practice looking to improve their website or needing a new web master.

Ultimately, through Business Promotion's proactive style of customer satisfaction, I have become a better marketer, and my company has seen growth as a result of that.

Business Promotion has been nothing short of amazing to work with. As a Marketing Director, I sometimes can get ideas of what I want in my mind, and I want to see those ideas come into fruition immediately. BP Dental has been great at working with me to achieve our common goals, and completing tasks in a timely fashion. They even assigned me an account manager to help delegate the never ending list of changes and updates I always had in order to make the website maintenance process more smooth for the both of us. What they probably didn't even realize is that not only have they made the process more streamlined, but they have in a way trained me on how to be a better marketer, by encouraging me to set goals and plans for my website and social media accounts.Ultimately, through their proactive style of customer satisfaction, I have become a better marketer, and my company has seen growth as a result of that. I have been very impressed

I’m an old guy who is finally getting into the digital marketing phase of life for my practice. I know very little about websites and social media. I chose BP because they specialize in Dental practice marketing. I have been very impressed. They quickly built a custom website for our practice, and have been very helpful in modifications to the site to make it truly ours. They also have a wide resource of videos and links to help visitors to our site see professional descriptions/animations of the services we offer.
